The hotel is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, right at the casino, offering a night of entertainment on top of the small Mountain. The rooms are spacious, great for kids to play, with comfortable beds. The service is lacking in customer care and room service. Disappointed in the method and amount charged for Wi-Fi use. The dining options come with Crab Legs and granola. Facilities are average, lacking in amenities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic right at the casino in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, offering a night of entertainment, but the Wi-Fi charges were disappointing. The dining with Crab Legs and fresh local fish was a highlight, but the service needed improvement as the staff seemed inexperienced in customer care. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
